Griffith University is seeking a Service Centre Business Services Officer to be a trusted first point of contact for staff, supporting a broad range of Corporate Services and University matters. The role handles enquiries across finance, payroll, purchasing, HR and other functions, resolving issues and guiding staff through available services.

Based at Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast campuses, it is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month role with flexibility for on-site and remote work.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent combination of experience/education/training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring enquiries are logged accurately and resolved or escalated promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of user requests, cases, incidents and resolutions in the service management system.
• Explain policies and procedures clearly to staff to ensure understanding and proper application.
• Identify and resolve common payroll and finance issues at first contact where possible.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll to streamline escalations and share knowledge.
• Support continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer outcomes.
