Job summary

Xylem Perth is seeking a Service Center Associate to coordinate service activities and schedule technicians for maintenance and repair works. You will deliver admin and sales support, prepare service quotations, maintain records, and provide outstanding customer service to drive on-time outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Customer service/sales support capacity.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Well-developed Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and regularly update work registers and compliance registers.
• Effectively schedule and monitor workflow tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Generate and report on backlogs, as well as completed work tasks, to track progress.
• Input purchase orders into the system and manage orders from receipt to delivery.
• Provide order status updates and follow up on delays.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with customers.
