Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 water technology company, is looking for a Service Center Associate at our Perth branch. You will support customers via phone and email, maintain and update work registers, and effectively schedule workflow to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.

You will input and track purchase orders, provide order status updates, report on backlogs, and contribute to exceptional aftermarket service while building long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with ability to work autonomously or in a team.
• Experience with ERPs and CRM software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and update work registers and compliance registers.
• Schedule and monitor workflow tasks for timely completion.
• Generate and report backlogs and completed work tasks.
• Input and manage purchase orders from receipt to delivery.
• Provide order status updates and follow up on delays.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
