Job summary

Xylem in Perth is seeking a Service Center Associate to coordinate service activities, schedule technicians for maintenance and repair works, and deliver aftermarket support. You will handle quotations, service records, and reports while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP/CRM experience is desirable; Australian applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of comparable work experience preferred.
• Customer service/sales support capacity.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
• Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers via phone and email.
• Maintain and update work registers and compliance registers.
• Schedule and monitor workflow tasks for timely completion.
• Generate and report on backlogs and completed tasks.
• Input and manage purchase orders from receipt to delivery.
• Provide order status updates and follow up on delays.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
