Makita Australia is seeking a friendly Service Assistant to join our NSW Service Centre team in Pemulwuy. You’ll handle booking tools into our system, liaise with customers for quotes and repairs, and support the workshop with tool reworks and parts preparation.

You’ll thrive in a busy, hands-on environment, enjoy variety between admin and shop-floor tasks, and be valued as part of a brand trusted by tradies and DIY enthusiasts worldwide.

• Experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, workshop support & trade background).
• Excellent people skills and a genuine willingness to help.
• Clear, professional communication and time-management skills.
