Job summary

Makita Australia is seeking a Service Assistant to join our Pemulwuy team. This permanent, full-time role blends customer service, admin duties and hands-on workshop support to keep the service area efficient.

You will book tools for repair, communicate with customers about quotes and repairs, and help with reworks and parts preparation, contributing to a smooth workshop flow.
