Job summary

Madill Group of Companies – Noosaville QLD is seeking a Service Advisor Trainee to join Noosa Toyota. If you are customer service oriented and eager to learn the automotive service sector, this is your chance to start a rewarding career in a long-standing family company.

You will handle face-to-face servicing interactions, take enquiries, book services, and liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely deliveries. Training is provided and a clear career path offered.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advising experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
• High level of commitment to success in customer service.
• Strong communication skills over the phone and in person.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi task.
• Seeking a longer term career in the Automotive Industry.
• Manual Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
• Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of customers.
• Maintain regular contact with our servicing customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required.
• Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our servicing customers as promised.
