Central Highlands Toyota Emerald is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and workshop teams. You will greet customers, schedule bookings, prepare estimates, and communicate vehicle updates while ensuring a seamless service experience.

Ideal candidates will have automotive customer service experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment and hold a current driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their service requirements.
• Schedule service bookings and maintain workshop workflow.
• Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs.
• Liaise with technicians to communicate vehicle updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Process invoices and coordinate vehicle collection.
• Build strong relationships with returning and new customers.
