Job summary

Riverina Motor Group invites applications for a Service Advisor role at our Riverina multi-franchise Service Centre. We seek a sales-driven, customer-focused individual with strong time management and teamwork skills.

You will liaise with customers, management and technicians, relay workshop requirements accurately, and manage repair orders and invoicing. You’ll have opportunities to upsell services and contribute to superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in auto service environment preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.

We are looking for a sales driven individual with a focus on customer service and excellent time management skills.

The role of the Service Advisor involves:

• Liaising with customers, management, and technical staff.
• Convey all customer requirement and concerns to the workshop accurately.
• Managing the daily on flow of repair orders and invoicing.
• Possess the ability to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Have exceptional communication skills.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not necessary.
• Be highly focused on customer satisfaction.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Possess a current NSW driver’s licence.
