Job summary

VDI Australia is the national distributor for Yutong buses, offering service and parts across Australia. The Service Advisor role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience from booking to vehicle handover, with the majority of work performed in a professional service workshop environment.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate bookings, costings, and timely invoicing, while developing skills within a growing national organisation and benefiting from strong

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, your primary focuswill be delivering an exceptional customer experience, coordinating workshopbookingsand supporting the efficient delivery of service and repair operations for our Eagle Farm service workshop.You will take ownership of the customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring customer needs are understood, managed, and met with professionalism and care. This role is approximately 25% customer-facing and 75% internally focused, building relationships and developing your skills within our supportive, professional service workshop environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver a consistently high standard of professional, personalised customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring clear communication at all stages of the service process.
• Proactively manage customer enquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure effective resolution and positive outcomes.
• Liaise with customers, internalteamsand other stakeholders to manage service and repair bookings in line with customer needs and workshop capacity, completeaccuratecosting of repair orders and ensuretimelyinvoicing of all services and repairs.
• Manage end-to-end warranty claim processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
