Hutcheon and Pearce in Bowral NSW is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate service bookings, and keep our machines in top condition. You’ll be the go-to person for our Bowral branch, ensuring gear receives proper TLC.

What you'll be doing:

• Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs
• Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
• Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
• Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
• Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better
