Job summary

Hutcheon & Pearce in Cowra, NSW is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. You’ll service, repair and maintain John Deere agricultural, construction and forestry machinery, diagnosing faults and keeping accurate service records both in the field and in the workshop.

Trade‑qualified technicians with a current driver’s license are invited to apply. The role is full-time, Mon–Fri with rotational Saturdays as required, offering Above Award wages, monthly incentives and a supportive team with

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified (Ag, Heavy Vehicle, Automotive, Mobile Plant or similar).
• Current driver’s license.
• Organised, self‑motivated & detail‑focused.
• Great communication & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair & maintain John Deere agricultural, construction and forestry machinery
• Diagnose faults and get customers back up and running
• Keep accurate service records
• Share knowledge with customers and teammates
• Help lead and develop our apprentices
