Qualifications

• 1+ year of equipment sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming operations preferred.
• Proficiency with basic desktop applications (MS Office, web, email).
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to read and interpret basic sales reports.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent Hutcheon & Pearce in machinery sales, building lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay informed on product features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
• Engage in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills and industry knowledge.
• Maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre.
• Follow a structured sales process to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
• Conduct hands‑on equipment demonstrations in the field.
• Assist customers with financing options to secure new and used equipment.
• Support customers beyond the sale, working with Service Specialists to optimise equipment performance.

What You’ll Bring
