Job summary

Intersales is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team across Temora and nearby Riverina locations. You will provide first class customer service, handle service department clerical duties, and support technicians and management in daily operations.

The role focuses on efficient processing of orders, warranties, and customer communications to ensure satisfaction and retention within a busy agricultural machinery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a service department.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong organisational and computer skills to manage clerical tasks and records.

Responsibilities

• Issue repair orders for service department work.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Enter technician service reports into repair orders.
• Complete warranty registrations and submit to suppliers.
• Tag warranty parts to comply with procedures.
• Obtain GPS unlock and lock codes for customers.
• Assist service manager to resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain high level of customer service and customer retention.
