Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confidence working across multiple priorities.
• Experience in a service or administrative role (agriculture, automotive, or industrial background ideal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service bookings and job scheduling.
• Processing job cards, time entries, and work orders.
• Managing warranty claims and service documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to both internal teams and clients.
• Assisting the Service Manager with reporting and compliance requirements.
