Generators Australia in Canning Vale is seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

This school-friendly role runs from 9.30am to 2.30pm, with full training and a supportive team in a national business. You will provide admin support across hire, sales and service, process orders and invoices, and liaise with customers to ensure smooth service.

Generators Australia is the leading supplier of Diesel Generators, Solar and Hybrid Lighting Towers, Hybrid Generators, Lithium Battery Storage Units, Solar Security Cameras, with our core business being the rental and sale of these products, we stock Globe Power designed, engineered and manufactured products providing a variety of equipment solutions to a wide range of Construction, Civil Mining, Services and Event sectors.

We are looking for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join our Canning Vale branch. This is a perfect role for a working parent as the hours are school friendly 9.30am - 2.30pm

You'll play a key role supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

What you'll do:

• Provide admin support across hire, sales and service
• Process orders, invoices and customer queries
• Deliver professional service to both internal and external stakeholders

All short listed applicants will be required to complete skills testing for speed and accuracy with their typing prior to being booked to interview.
