Job summary

Cub Campers is seeking a Service & Warranty Manager to own the Sydney aftersales experience. You’ll supervise the daily service and warranty operation, manage bookings and parts, and drive customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead a busy workshop, balance customer expectations with productivity, and partner with technicians to deliver quality, timely repairs and warranty outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workshop bookings and schedules.
• Strong warranty/service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Australian Consumer Law.

Responsibilities

• Owns the day-to-day service and warranty operation for Cub Campers Sydney.
• Runs the workshop schedule and keeps jobs moving.
• Manages bookings, technician workloads and daily job flow.
• Ensures parts are organised before customer arrival and communicates delays.
