We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our Cummins team, working alongside our Service Manager to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

About the role

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our service department - coordinating jobs, managing documentation, and ensuring the right information gets to the right people at the right time. You'll be hands-on in supporting technicians, liaising with customers, and maintaining accuracy across our systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating service bookings and job scheduling
• Processing job cards, time entries, and work orders
• Managing warranty claims and service documentation
• Providing excellent customer service and support to both internal teams and clients
• Assisting the Service Manager with reporting and compliance requirements
