Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, or service support.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; training will be provided on internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete supplier invoicing and accounts payable.
• Manage mail, schedule services, answer phone calls, and complete safety compliance admin (JSOs).
• Support the service supervisor with account issues and day-to-day workload.
• Provide world-class service to our customer base.
• Arrange training and maintain records for technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
