Job summary

BC Game in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SEO Content Lead to own our content strategy across casino, sportsbook and crypto pages. You will drive keyword research, content planning and on-page optimisation in collaboration with the technical SEO team.

You will lead the SEO content team, set quality standards, manage writers and freelancers, and ensure pages rank, convert and comply with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in SEO content, including leading a content team.
• Background in iGaming or crypto content is preferred.
• Strong keyword strategy and content planning skills.
• Sharp editorial eye with high standards for quality.
• Experience managing writers and freelancers to deadlines.
• Comfort working with technical SEO teams and using data to guide decisions.
• Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Set the content strategy for search, including keyword research and content planning across casino, sportsbook and crypto pages.
• Lead the SEO content team (coordinator, writers and freelancers) and set quality standards.
