Job summary

BC Game in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SEO Content Lead to own our content strategy across casino, sportsbook and crypto pages. You will drive keyword research, content planning and on-page optimisation in collaboration with the technical SEO team.

You will lead the SEO content team, set quality standards, manage writers and freelancers, and ensure pages rank, convert and comply with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in SEO content, including leading a content team.
• Background in iGaming or crypto content is preferred.
• Strong keyword strategy and content planning skills.
• Sharp editorial eye with high standards for quality.
• Experience managing writers and freelancers to deadlines.
• Comfort working with technical SEO teams and using data to guide decisions.
• Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); sponsorship not offered.

Great content means nothing if nobody finds it. We are looking for an SEO Content Lead who knows how to make pages rank, convert and stay compliant across some of the most competitive search markets in the world.

You will own our search engine optimisation content strategy across casino, sportsbook and crypto topics, and lead the writers and freelancers who bring it to life.

What you will do

You will set the content strategy for search, running keyword research and content planning across our casino, sportsbook and crypto pages. You will decide what we write, for which markets, and why.

You will lead the SEO content team, including our SEO Content Coordinator, writers and freelancers. You will set the quality standards so every page ranks, converts and meets brand and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with the technical SEO team on on-page optimisation, and report on how content is performing so we keep improving.

What you will bring

• At least five years of experience in SEO content, including proven experience leading a content team
• An iGaming or crypto content background
• Strong keyword strategy and content planning skills
• A sharp editorial eye and high standards for quality
• Experience managing writers and freelancers to deadlines
• Confidence working with technical SEO teams and using data to guide decisions
• Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); this role does not offer sponsorship

Bonus points for

• Experience running multilingual or multi-market SEO content
• Experience with sportsbook content and live sports coverage
