Mindshare ANZ is seeking a strategic, hands-on SEO leader to guide a growing team in Melbourne or Sydney. You will spearhead day-to-day SEO delivery, mentor junior specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed strong SEO practices into broader media strategies.

You will own client relationships and drive measurable outcomes. The role requires deep SEO expertise, exceptional communication, and a passion for coaching and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing a team, with a genuine passion for coaching and fostering career growth.
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the SEO landscape, from GSO and analytics to reporting and best-practice implementation.
• Commercially savvy with client scopes and budgets and identifying opportunities to grow business.
• Excellent communication skills, presenting insights clearly in client meetings and collaborations.
• Process driven with a focus on people, maintaining high standards and a positive team culture.
