Job summary

North East Mitsubishi in Hillcrest, SA, is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to provide hands-on technical leadership to a team of technicians and apprentices. The role focuses on advanced diagnosis, repair quality and mentoring while maintaining high workshop standards.

You will work with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly the first time.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, support and develop technicians and apprentices.
• A/C license will be highly regarded.
• Commitment to repair quality and first-time right work.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on technical leadership to technicians and apprentices.
• Assisting with diagnosis and resolution of complex vehicle faults.
• Quality-control inspections and road tests as required.
• Ensuring repairs are completed correctly, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensuring Mitsubishi standards and company policies are followed.
• Coaching and developing technicians and apprentices.
• Promoting accountability, teamwork and pride in workmanship.
