Ultra Tune Bibra Lake is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Workshop Foreman to lead our Bibra Lake service centre. This hands-on leadership role requires taking ownership of daily operations, guiding a small team of technicians and apprentices, and ensuring jobs move efficiently through the workshop.

You will provide quality customer service, manage workflow, prioritise a busy schedule, and apply diagnostic skills to a wide range of light vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous workshop management or supervisory experience.

Job description

Ultra Tune Bibra Lake is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager / Workshop Foreman to take the lead at our established Bibra Lake service centre.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy automotive workshop. You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation, leading the team, managing workflow, supporting customers and ensuring jobs move through the workshop efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities

Leading with autonomy and trust

Providing quality customer service and account management

Taking ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of the workshop

Managing workflow, job allocation and workshop scheduling

Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles

Leading, supporting and coordinating a small team of technicians and apprentices

Setting expectations and maintaining high standards across the team

Monitoring productivity, efficiency and job turnaround

Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex diagnostics when required

Ensuring servicing and repairs are completed correctly and efficiently

About you

Previous workshop management, foreman, controller or supervisory experience

A demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate an automotive workshop team

Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician

Excellent diagnostic and fault‑finding knowledge

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

Confidence dealing with customers, technicians, apprentices and suppliers

Commercial awareness and an understanding of workshop productivity

A practical, solutions‑focused approach to problems

Current manual driver's licence
