Job summary

TCR Group's Adelaide Workshop is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store.

You will bring hands-on leadership, strong communication and organisational skills, plus a trade qualification (LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic). The role offers ongoing training, uniforms and quarterly awards, with a fast-paced environment that values ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and workflow planning.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record-keeping.
• Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks in SAP/FSM.
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly.
