Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• Proven background in managing a team of Technicians.
• Understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop.
• Leadership skills to achieve results.
• Ability to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Ability to handle pressure and busy work environment.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Broad range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across brands and vehicle types.
• Valid Australian drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Allocate jobs to technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and high-quality repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide guidance on mechanical issues.
