Job summary

EML is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of our People Systems, including Workday. You will ensure processes run efficiently, support security administration, and enable analytics across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll provide guidance across business process design, reporting and analytics while supporting new technologies and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on configuration experience with Workday (HCM and recruitment)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and dashboard reporting
• Ability to apply critical thinking and solve problems to deliver optimal solutions
• Experience submitting change requests and maintaining documentation for reviews

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Workday-based People Systems to ensure efficient processes and user-friendly interfaces
• Partner with Leaders to govern projects, prioritise reporting activities and governance
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs and enable self-service
• Contribute to the People Digital Strategy by researching new technologies and delivering aligned solutions
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure accurate, current content
• Create digital learning resources and provide training to help managers use available tools
