Job summary

The MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to own the organisation’s People Systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the People function to deliver efficient processes and a superior employee experience.

You will manage Workday configurations, develop dashboards, and drive system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
• Experience with Workday HCM and/or Recruitment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with project methodologies and tools such as Agile and JIRA.
• Understanding of ticketing systems and escalation management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and SharePoint skills.
• Proven ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience preparing and submitting change requests and system enhancement documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Genuine interest in improving systems, processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Workday to ensure efficient processes and positive user experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with senior People stakeholders to govern systems and prioritize projects and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and self-service.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to the People Digital Strategy.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and SMEs to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide guidance across systems administration, security, reporting and process improvement.
• Develop digital learning resources and maintain SharePoint content.
• Provide training to managers and People team members to maximise system usage.
• Support system queries and escalations, resolving issues efficiently.
