Job summary

The Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist role is with a growing, purpose-driven Australian organisation partnered with MAYDAY Recruitment. You will own Workday systems, reporting and process improvements across the People function, partnering with stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions that enhance the employee experience.

You’ll contribute to technology projects, build dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Workday configuration experience.
• Experience across Workday HCM and/or Recruitment desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Experience with ticketing systems and managing escalations.
• Strong Excel and SharePoint skills.
• Ability to prepare change requests and system enhancement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Workday, ensuring efficient processes and positive user experience.
• Partner with senior People stakeholders for governance and reporting priorities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and self-service.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to the People Digital Strategy.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide training and guidance across systems administration and reporting.
• Develop digital learning resources and maintain SharePoint content.
• Deliver change management activities and relevant documentation.
