Job summary

Accenture is recruiting a Workday Reporting Specialist to join our Transformation Services team across Australia. You will help clients navigate financials reporting, HR analytics, and data integration using Workday platform.

As part of a large Workday-certified team, you will design reporting solutions (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards) and collaborate with clients to gather requirements, prototype configurations, and drive value through reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• Workday Reporting experience is a must.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics across Workday (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Strong Workday Reporting experience: Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Financials Reporting to Clients and team members.
• Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs.
• Develop plans to integrate multi-line reporting within Workday.
