Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant in Sydney to bridge business and technical teams, guiding transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday projects. You will lead design sessions, map data, and ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Workday HCM across client environments.

You will mentor analysts, participate in updates, and represent Cognizant in global Workday initiatives with stakeholders in multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting experience ideally.
• Workday Integration, Workday Studio and Workday CCTP certification preferred.
• ERP implementation projects using SOA tools such as SAP NetWeaver or Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency with web service technologies: REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML.
• BA/BS in MIS, Industrial Engineering, CS or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technical teams to solve intersystem Workday problems.
• Lead and organize tasks within a project workstream to drive timely delivery.
• Guide design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
• Support client through all project phases from legacy to Workday HCM.
• Mentor fellow consultants and conduct update training to share knowledge.
