Job summary

Cognizant Australia is seeking a Senior Manager in Consulting Services to lead the Workday Integrations practice, guiding management and delivery teams while partnering with sales on oral presentations, estimates, and SOWs. The role spans team leadership, people development, and performance management, with responsibility for recruitment, mentoring, cross-training, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Engagement Managers and executives to align staffing and balance

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
• Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Must collaborate well within and across teams to drive results.
• Sales engagement experience in estimating and presenting to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, development, and management of a diverse remote team of consultants.
• Promote a team-oriented, innovative work environment.
• Lead Senior Managers and Managing Consultants to ensure adherence to Workday procedures and the Cynergy Implementation Methodology.
• Drive team and individual performance to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Establish credibility with clients and build consensus to achieve goals.
• Foster business development opportunities.
