Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a growing fire protection specialist to appoint a Wet Fire Project Manager in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering wet fire protection projects, including sprinkler, hydrant and pump systems, from estimation through to completion.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive project coordination, manage costs and ensure compliance with Australian Standards while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing wet fire protection projects.
• Senior, commercially driven professional with strong delivery track record.
• Experience with estimating tenders, variations and project costings.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of wet fire protection projects from inception through to completion.
• Overseeing sprinkler, hydrant and pump system installations and upgrades.
• Preparing estimates, quotations, tenders, variations and project budgets.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and project resources.
• Monitoring project costs, timelines and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and industry requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Providing effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
