Intrax is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer in NSW to lead projects from concept through handover, designing wet and dry fire systems, preparing hydraulic calculations and technical reports. You will collaborate with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated fire protection solutions across a diverse project portfolio.

• Senior experience in fire protection engineering or fire services design.
• Strong capability across wet and dry fire systems.
• Experience leading projects from concept through construction and handover.
• Sound knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards (AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670).
• Experience in building services consulting or design-and-build environments.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fire protection projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Design wet and dry fire systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, detection, alarms and suppression systems.
• Prepare hydraulic calculations, technical reports, specifications and coordinated design documentation.
• Develop practical solutions that meet the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
• Manage project scope, programme, risk and technical delivery.
• Work directly with clients, authorities, contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Review designs for technical accuracy, coordination and constructability.
• Share technical knowledge and support the development of engineers and designers.
