Job summary

Harrison Barratt Group, in partnership with a premier fire services company, is seeking a senior Wet Fire Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of fire protection systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and strata sites in NSW. You will oversee planning, procurement, budgets, subcontractors, and client liaison while ensuring compliance with AS 2118 and NCC.

This role offers high-profile Tier 1 projects, mentorship of junior staff, and opportunities to shape safety and quality

Qualifications

Proven senior-level experience in project management for wet fire protection systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing large project budgets, programs and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of AS 2118 and NCC requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of wet fire protection projects (sprinkler, hydrant, fire pump) across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and strata sites.
Oversee planning, programming, procurement and budget management.
Lead subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet schedule and budget.
Be primary point of contact for clients, builders and consultants.
Review drawings and specifications for compliance with standards.
Manage variations, progress claims and commercial performance.
Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance; coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.
Mentor junior project staff and coordinators.
