Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Electrical Project Manager to oversee minor to medium-sized fire system installation, upgrade and fit-out projects across commercial properties in the Sydney metropolitan area. The role is hands-on, requiring a strong technical understanding of fire detection, alarm and EWIS systems, with end-to-end delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

Strong technical understanding of fire detection, alarm and EWIS systems.
Experience delivering projects from commencement through to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage fire system installation, upgrade and fit-out projects from start to finish.
Program and schedule works, technicians and subcontractors.
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and contractors.
Liaise with clients, builders, consultants and stakeholders.
Procure materials, equipment and services.
Monitor project costs, labour and performance.
Identify variations and additional works.
Review progress and resolve issues.
Ensure works meet standards and compliance.
Maintain project documentation and reporting.
