Job summary

B&E Fire Protection in Perth, WA is seeking a practical, organised Project Manager with sprinkler fitting background to lead wet fire protection projects on site. You'll read drawings, plan materials, coordinate deliveries and work with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

The role suits someone with on-site project management or supervision experience and the ability to multi-task in a small business environment; a sprinkler fitting trade

Qualifications

• Experience in sprinkler installation and wet fire protection.
• Sprinkler fitting trade qualification preferred.
• Project management or site supervision experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, site requirements and day-to-day coordination.
• Read drawings and perform material take-offs from tender/drawing packages.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Coordinate with site teams, builders, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain SWMS and site safety docs.
• Track progress, evaluate variations and identify issues early.
• Maintain project records and handover docs including O&M manuals.
• Assist commissioning of fire pumps and wet fire systems.
