Qualifications

• 12+ years in private assets fund accounting.
• Leadership experience in fund administration or financial services.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Mandarin language is advantageous.
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CA/CPA in progress.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Collaborative leadership and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of VPs and fund accounting professionals.
• Oversee fund accounting delivery for private assets clients.
• Act as senior client contact, building long-term relationships.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and client finance functions.
• Drive process improvements including AI and automation adoption.
• Support business development through client meetings and pitches.
