• 5 years of experience in management consulting, value consulting, or relevant roles.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling (ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and communicate to senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate qualitative and quantitative business cases.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality deliverables communicating strategic agreements, multi-year roadmaps, and full business cases to justify action.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand challenges and prioritize key value drivers.
• Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and identify opportunities based on value.
