Job summary

Dreamerlabs seeks a Head of Trust & Safety to own moderation operations for our AI-driven platform. You will manage queues, investigations and escalation decisions that shape what is allowed on our top AI entertainment product.

You will lead moderation teams, collaborate with founders and engineers, and drive improvements to policies and workflows while handling high-volume, sensitive content daily.

Qualifications

• Hands-on moderation experience in trust and safety.
• Ability to review harmful or explicit content in professional settings.
• Experience leading moderation teams and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily moderation operations across reports, accounts, bans and inboxes.
• Lead investigations, escalations and document decisions with rationale.
• Apply policies to edge cases and maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with content moderators and data labellers; ensure QA.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive improvements.
