Job summary

Dreamerlabs is locating in North Sydney and building a high-scale AI-driven platform for interactive entertainment. You’ll own the moderation models end-to-end, from data curation to production, ensuring accuracy, latency, and cost are optimized across millions of images and messages daily.

You’ll work with labellers, iterate on safety features, and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques to keep content safe while shipping value quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience building moderation or safety models at scale.
• Ability to work with labellers and data to improve models.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end safety features.

Responsibilities

• Own safety models from data curation to production deployment.
• Define what to catch, train, evaluate, and deploy moderation models.
• Measure performance and iterate on accuracy, latency and cost.
