Job summary

Dreamerlabs in Sydney is hiring a senior AI/ML engineer to own safety and moderation models across our AI-powered entertainment platform. You will train, evaluate, and deploy models on GPU infrastructure, measure results, and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost at scale.

You’ll work with the founders and a hands-on engineering team to push the product from concept to production, shaping the next generation of interactive AI experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience building technically complex products at scale.
• Ownership of end-to-end product delivery from concept to production.
• Experience with safety, moderation or trust at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the models that keep our products safe end to end.
• Define moderation targets, label data, train and evaluate models on GPUs.
• Deploy models to production and monitor accuracy, latency and cost.
• Iterate quickly to improve performance based on measurements.
• Balance safety with user experience while scaling.
