Cheil Australia is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead the Training Specialist Team within the Samsung Electronics Australia MX Learning and Development Team. The role drives program delivery across Samsung, Cheil, retail, and call centres to enhance product and soft skills training.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training management, 3–4 years in tech Consumer Electronics or IT, and strong MS Office skills with advanced facilitation abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of training management experience leading small teams; Cert IV in Training Assessment desirable.
• 3–4 years in consumer electronics, telecom, or IT with expert-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced classroom and digital training facilitation.
• Experience planning, executing and reporting on retail training events and brand activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor the Training Specialist Team; conduct field visits and performance check-ins.
• Oversee daily operations, expenses, timesheets, and KPI reviews.
• Design tailored training plans, curriculums, and content matching learning styles.
• Deliver high-impact product and soft skills training across stakeholders.
• Support major brand events and roadshows; coordinate with partners.
