Job summary

Cheil Australia, an idea-focused CX agency, seeks a National Training Specialist to design and deliver high-level product and soft-skill training for Samsung across Australia. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, build curriculums, and drive field execution to boost sales efficiency.

You should have 3+ years in L&D facilitation, strong knowledge of consumer electronics, and be comfortable traveling nationally to deliver trainings and coach store teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of L&D facilitation and development experience with a Training and Assessment certificate.
• Strong consumer electronics knowledge and advanced MS Office skills.
• Proven presentation skills for large audiences (80+) and external stakeholder collaboration.
• Budget management experience and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate successful events.
• Present training solutions to stakeholders and manage execution budgets.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and seek feedback to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Design curricula using adult learning methodologies to boost sales and brand advocacy.
• Build learner-inclusive materials, execution briefs, and training implementation plans.
• Establish success measures and feedback pathways to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Samsung products, features, and trends.
• Align training with marketing objectives, launches, and key promo periods.
• Represent Samsung during product reviews with journalists.
• Support Samsung stores nationwide through direct sales, coaching, and training.
