Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Training Coordinator to elevate capability, performance and customer experience across our service and support networks. Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs across customer service teams, contact centres, service partners and retail networks nationwide.

You’ll partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, develop learning solutions, facilitate virtual and face-to-face sessions, and analyse results to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, training support or learning development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for helping others learn.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and adapt to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs across customer service teams, contact centres, service partners and retail networks nationwide.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, develop training plans and create learning solutions that drive performance improvement.
• Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face training sessions, ensuring participants gain essential knowledge and skills.
• Analyse training results and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting business initiatives and store openings.
