The role requires 3+ years in L&D, expertise in consumer electronics, and strong presentation and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of L&D experience with facilitation and development.
• Desirable Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Expert knowledge of consumer electronics and training delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven presentation skills to large audiences and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate events.
• Present training solutions and manage execution budgets.
• Provide reporting and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Design curriculums using adult learning methodologies.
• Deliver training sessions across Australia, both face-to-face and virtual.
