Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticketing operations across major events, including ticket builds and inventory.
• Prepare accurate sales, inventory, and post-event reports.
• Support event-day delivery and stakeholder requirements.
• Process ticketing requests from clubs, venues, partners and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve ticketing systems and processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain ticketing data, dashboards and administrative records.
