Job summary

Sydney Showground is seeking a Ticketing & Accreditation Manager to own planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control across its events. You will lead end-to-end operations for exhibitions, concerts, festivals, and major public events at Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium.

You will oversee ticketing builds, seating manifests, access permissions, reporting and event-day readiness while collaborating with ticketing providers, clients, security teams

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, accreditation, or venue operations.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ticketing and accreditation services for events.
• Lead planning, delivery and post-event reporting for ticketing operations.
• Manage allocations, access, systems and staffing across venues.
• Collaborate with promoters, ticketing agents, security and internal teams.
