Ticketek Entertainment Group in Adelaide is seeking a Client Ticketing Services Manager to partner with SA venues, directing ticketing builds and ensuring end-to-end operations on event days. You will liaise with marketing, web, technology and finance to sustain high service levels.

You will attend events, manage on-site teams and collaborate to drive value-added solutions that boost ticket sales. Hybrid work arrangements apply with some after-hours work expected.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with complex ticketing platforms or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define event ticketing build requirements with clients and timelines.
• Build and maintain events in the ticketing system; manage end-to-end operations on event days.
• Provide on-site testing and engagement during events; manage Box Office staff and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external leads to implement promotional strategies.
• Work with State Manager to innovate and provide value-added solutions to increase ticket sales.
