Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Manager, Third Party Risk Management, Product Owner to lead and evolve the supplier onboarding and third-party risk assessment platform. You will own the product direction, prioritise the roadmap and collaborate with SGOs, Risk, Procurement and Technology to translate evolving regulatory and business requirements into concrete product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner for an enterprise SaaS platform or in third party risk management.
• Strong ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical requirements and work with engineers and external software providers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across global teams.
• Ability to prioritise pragmatically and manage expectations in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and third party risk practices.
• Drive continuous process improvement with a customer-centric approach to simplify risk workflows.
• Solid project management skills with Jira and Confluence for product roadmaps and sprint delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an enterprise product and shape its direction and roadmap.
• Set product direction, prioritise the roadmap, and drive process and technology improvements.
• Collaborate with SGOs, Risk, Procurement, Technology and external providers to translate requirements into product outcomes.
• Ensure the platform delivers compliant, high-quality services with strong user experience.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across internal and external tech teams.
